The client company needed to identify areas for the development of its personnel, with a particular focus on 15 key players and their digital skills.
In response to the client's needs, Erre Quadro conducted a comprehensive analysis involving job profiles, CVs of key employees, and International Competency Standards (ESCO & O*NET). This analysis aimed to identify the gap between individual employees and their respective company roles, as well as the gap between individual employees and standard roles, with particular focus on expected digital skills.
